Submit a request
Email hello@lazerfamilyoffice.com with the subject “Lazer data deletion request.” Identify the email address or phone number you use with Lazer and describe what you want deleted.
Verification and scope
Identity or authority verification may be needed. Do not send passwords or access codes. Deletion can depend on applicable retention requirements and copies in backups or third-party services. Submitting a request does not mean every copy has been deleted.
Follow up
Deleting a chat from your device does not itself request deletion from Lazer. Reply to your request email for a status question, or contact the same address for other privacy questions.
